Terms of Service
Effective date: August 18, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of SheetRender. By creating an account, connecting or using the SheetRender Google Sheets™ add-on, uploading content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
SheetRender helps you turn spreadsheet data and document examples into personalized PDFs. The Service can also store projects, generate templates, schedule batches, deliver documents by email, connect selected Google Drive™ files and folders, and receive spreadsheet tabs you deliberately send from the Google Sheets™ add-on when you enable those features.
Google integrations
When you connect Google Drive™ or the Google Sheets™ add-on, you authorize SheetRender to receive and process the Google account information and selected content described in our Privacy Policy. The add-on sends a selected spreadsheet tab when you choose Send, Update data, Create PDFs, or Send as a new project. Create PDFs first uploads the tab's current rows and then renders them with the project's saved design. You can disconnect Google Drive™ or revoke an add-on connection in SheetRender Settings, and you can disconnect directly from the add-on sidebar.
Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Google integrations can be unavailable or change because of Google service availability, permissions, account policies, or changes to Google's products. Disconnecting an integration does not itself delete content already stored in your SheetRender projects.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe another party's rights, transmit malware, interfere with the Service, bypass plan limits or security controls, or send email to recipients without a lawful basis and any required consent.
Your content
You retain ownership of the spreadsheets, documents, templates, and other content you provide, including content you send through a Google integration. You grant SheetRender the limited right to access, host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the Service and provide the features you request.
You are responsible for the content you upload, the accuracy of generated documents, and reviewing documents before sending or relying on them. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to process your content and contact any email recipients you select.
AI-generated output
Generated templates and documents can contain errors or incomplete information. SheetRender does not guarantee that output is accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, legally compliant, or free of third-party rights. Do not use output as a substitute for professional advice or without appropriate human review.
Plans and payment
Some features and usage limits depend on your plan. If you purchase a paid plan, additional pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms shown during checkout or in your order will apply. We may change plans or prices prospectively with notice where required by law.
Stripe is the seller of record for paid plans. Checkout, receipts, and invoices are provided by Stripe under its Link brand, and your card or bank statement will show a Link descriptor alongside ours. SheetRender provides the Service and these Terms govern it; the payment itself is a transaction with Stripe under Link’s terms. Payment-related emails are sent by Link rather than by us.
Stripe calculates any sales tax, VAT, or GST from the billing address you provide at checkout and remits it to the relevant tax authority. How it is presented depends on the currency of the purchase: for US and Canadian dollars, tax is added on top of the listed price; for other currencies, the price shown to you already includes it. Stripe may also convert prices into your local currency, so the amount charged may differ from the listed figure. The checkout page shows the full amount before you confirm.
You may cancel at any time, either from billing settings in the application or from your Link account at link.com. Cancelling stops the next payment and does not end the period already paid for; access continues until that period ends. Stripe also provides support for payment and subscription matters and may issue a refund independently of us, including where it requests information about a case and does not receive a timely response. A refund in full ends the subscription it paid for.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SheetRender will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the Service.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here and updating the effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
